Studiował na Uniwersytecie Sztuki i Designu im. Moholy­Nagy (MOME) w Budapeszcie oraz na École National Supérieur de Création Industrielle w Paryżu. Obecnie kończy doktorat z fotografii na MOME. Zwycięzca konkursu Renaissance Photography Prize 2009 w Londynie, laureat m.in. Epson Photo Art Award 2005 na Art Cologne i Grand Prix 8 Fotofestiwalu w Łodzi w 2009 roku. W centrum zainteresowania Puklusa znajduje się fotografia.
