The artist is usually engaged in fashion and press photography but also creates his own, independent projects. In 2003-06 he realized the 'Poland Synthesis' cycle in which he redefined the popular approach to the national landscape photography. He took photographs in the style of horror movies and American thrillers. There were also references to Ansel Adams’s photography. Roginski continued photographing landscapes in the 'Nokturny' (English: 'Nocturns') series in which he showed peripheries illuminated with neon lights. The work we present is from the 'Warszawa' (English: 'Warsaw') cycle - an oniric portrait of a modern city which has experienced war. It depicts the Palace of Culture and Science from the perspective of the intersection of Zlota, Bracka, and Przeskok streets.
