The photographs of the Świat weekly journalists, including Jarochowski, are a very insightful document of the Poland ruled by the governments of Bolesław Bierut and Władysław Gomułka. The work featured here shows people queuing at a bus station and was probably made in Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw.
