Woś was inspired by nature, or rather by any mystical and symbolic elements he found in the photographed scenery. One of his most favoured methods was multiple exposure, which enabled him to attain the effect of a visual trance. In some works - as in this one - he would also attempt to combine two images so that they start a meaningful dialogue with each other. The featured work can be considered an introduction to Mystical Landscape - a collection of works the artist was working on in the 1990s.
