Weselik was a very active artist. He was equally skilful in press, sport, landscape, portrait, and nude photography. His documentary series produced in Warsaw represents a significant part of his work. The featured work is one of them. It depicts the tunnel under Krakowskie Przedmieście, Senatorska Street and Miodowa Street, which is a characteristic element of Warsaw`s East-West Route. The tunnel was designed according to the principles of social realism, with ceramics among its key elements - the walls are covered with several types of glazed ceramic tiles and clinker tiles.
