Lena Wicherkiewicz considers Pająk’s photographic works to be nostalgic (Exit. Nowa sztuka w Polsce Issue 1(81), 2010). As she believes, "the nostalgia lies both in the technique, which, being modern as it is, clearly reaches to its roots, and the topic - attempts to record what disappears the very moment the shutter is released." This work comes from an open-ended collection of works in which the artist carefully observes and documents the titular fragments of the city.
