The photographs from the Sedimentation series were taken in 1997-2000. Although people are missing from Zjeżdżałka`s photographs, one can sense the multitude of human stories hidden in the abandoned places, full of abandoned things. As the artist stated, "photography is to show our relationship with a place, conveying the energy that is deposited there".
Publications include his own monograph, Fotografie (Kropka, 2009), and the album Sedimentation (Galeria Zderzak, 2004).
