The series May Men Rot consists of fourteen large-sized photographs showing women working in professions commonly believed to be "unwomanly" - e.g. as road builders or quarry workers. Women frequently appear in Łódź Kaliska’s art and are often put on a pedestal. In their manifesto published for the exhibitions of the series, the Group wrote: "We hereby manifest our: / Love for women / for their / motherly wisdom / their bitch’s entrepreneurship / natural gentleness / uteral desperation / vaginal sensitivity / consenting power of survival / for the Godliness of Womanhood."
Exhibitions of the May Men Rot series: CCA Ujazdowski Castle, Warsaw (2009); Łódź Art Center, Fotofestiwal, Łódź (2009); BWA Galeria Miejska, Tarnów (2010); Szent Istvan Kiraly Muzeum, Szekesfehervar, Hungary (2010); WM Gallery, Amsterdam, The Netherlands (2010); Municipal Culture Centre Photographic Gallery, Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski (2016).
