While working on his Structures series, Pierściński experimented with his own method of photomontage. He used a highly difficult and labour-intensive technique of "pasting" image components onto a single sheet of photosensitive paper under an enlarger.
The work has made its way into a number of exhibitions and publications.
The main exhibitions include: Alba-69, International Salon of Photography, Italy (1969); Venus 70, 1st Polish Female Portrait and Nude Exhibition, Cracow (1970); Photographers in Pursuit, Warsaw (1971); Nude in Polish Photography, National Museum, Gdańsk (2013). In 1968-2008, the Structures were widely exhibited in Poland and abroad.
The works have been reproduced in the following albums: Wenus Polska (WAiF, 1973); Nude in Polish Photography (NEW Fine Grain, 2013).
