Pająk specialises in painting, design and photography. Graduate of the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Co-designer of signage for the Polish Mother`s Memorial Hospital in Łódź. In 1985, Pająk received the scholarship of the Ministry of Culture and Art, and in 2005 won the WFFA`05 award and the Talens prize. Author of over 35 solo exhibitions, among others, in Warsaw, Cologne, Mönchengladbach and Elbląg, and participant in over 150 group shows, including: MUBA` 87, Basel; Arsenal 88, Warsaw; Image and Motion, Film Museum, Łódź (1991); Fundation Laigle Roermond, the Netherlands (1992); Together in Life and Art, Polish Institute, Paris (1999); Syndrome of the Millennium Watershed, DAP Gallery, Warsaw (2000); Walking Art Tour, Hotel Victoria, Warsaw, WFFA (2005); Beijing International Art Biennale, China (2005); Sacrum Art Triennial, 2006, Częstochowa; Art Fair, Kunstmassan, Stockholm (2007); Poland Today: between Tradition and Modernity, Road to the European Union..., the European Parliament, Strasbourg (2011). Works in Polish and international private collections, including the USA, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Japan.
