Łapiński would often return with his camera to the Sudenty Mountains, where this photograph was taken. Being a very scrupulous artist, he has always been very meticulous about the smallest detail in his works. In his text about Łapiński`s exhibition Collections - Landscapes (Mała Galeria ZPAF/CSW, Warsaw, 2004), Marek Grygiel speaks about the "discipline of composition across the scene."
