The Lonesome Landscape series consists of 31 shots captured on analogue materials using the long exposure method. The exposure time of each shot was between several minutes and an hour. The resulting images depict a world rid of any dispensable or ephemeral details, while their minimalist form causes the time- and light-painted scenery to look strange as if it comes from a "world" beyond the reach of our senses.
Selected exhibitions of the series: ZPAF Photographic Gallery, BWA, Kielce (2009); UMCS Museum, Lublin (2012); Stara Galeria ZPAF, Warsaw (2012); biennale Fotografica Bogota, Columbia (2013).
