The image presented here is an example of isohelia, a technique Błochowicz specialised in. It is one of the methods for obtaining a graphic-like effect in pho- tographic images. It involves producing photographic positives images consist- ing of several superimposed layers, with the grades of grey of each layer clearly separated from each other. The end result is obtained by multiple copying of the original negative on very high contrast film, applying different exposure times for each copying.
