She became interested in photography during the 1950s. Since 1955, she was associated with Gliwice Photographic Society. She was inspired by reportage, macro photography and the works of modern authors - including Jerzy Lewczynski and Zdzislaw Beksinski. She is the author of many cycles (including ‘Sociological record’) and photomontages. Her works primarily consists of psychological portraits of Polish countryside people. She was the participant in many exhibitions and won several dozens of prizes.
