The photograph comes from Konopka`s latest series, which consists of "solarised" Polaroids. They depict the artist`s wife, Jacqueline Konopka, who has posed for him for years. The image is a formal experiment and an original feature in the creative work of Bogdan Konopka, who has used a large format camera for years. The work is to be published for the first time in the Pismo Artystyczne FORMAT journal in Autumn 2013, with a text by Mateusz Palka.
