The work comes from one of the most important sets of Rytka`s works. It analyses the interdependence between nature and man in the context of passing. It shows a stone as a record of time, or what Rytka referred to as "constant permanence."
The work has been widely exhibited, e.g. in: Mała Galeria ZPAF/CSW, Warsaw (1983); Labirynt Gallery, Lublin (1984); Museum of Art, Łódź (2000); Museum of the History of Photography in Cracow (2002).
