Rydet made her Endlessness of Long Roads as she travelled across Poland while working on her famous Sociological Record. In fact, the series documents the road itself - cracked cobbled surfaces, road markings and roadside shrines or signposts.
The work has been exhibited at a number of individual and group exhibitions, including: Endlessness of Long Roads, Poznań, Od Nowa Gallery (1981); The World of Feelings and Imagination, Endlessness of Long Roads, Lublin, BWA Dom, Łódź, Nawa św.
