This is an artistic duo of Przemyslaw Kwiek and Zofia Kulik. In the beginning of the 1970s KwieKulik in cooperation with Jan Stanislaw Wojciechowski and Pawel Kwiek (the student of the Film School in Lodz, the brother of Przemyslaw Kwiek) created a pioneer formula of multimedia performance. The performance, which consisted of a concurrent projection of diapositives and films for several screens, was presented before a large audience at a film room on 27 June 1971 at the Artistic Schools Students Festival in Nowa Ruda. The innovation consisted of interrupting projections many times and continuing the actions from the screen with the audience, which was also registered on film. KwieKulik were not only the forerunners of the art of performance, but also of the interactive art. From 1972 to 1974 KwieKulik collaborated with Dobromierz. In this work, the body of a naked child is the object of operations which show both oppresiveness of culture and politics, and building the identity of a unit through social impact. Until this time it is most likely that only Günter Brus used his child in his art, but in a very different way, compliant with the conventional, ‘normal’ treating of children. His daughter Diana was laying on the pillow. On the other hand, Dobromierz was correlated with different objects, surrounded with them, and, finally, put inside them, as in the flush toilet, or wrapped with the intestine of a eviscerated duck. In the beginning of the 1970S they were members of the ‘Gallery’ Committee at the University of Warsaw in Krakowskie Przedmiescie (later the Repassage gallery).

- In addition to the hammer price, the successful bidder agrees to pay us a buyer's premium on the hammer price of each lot sold. On all lots we charge 18 %.
