Wojciechowski explores the documentary potential of the photographic medium in his art. Very often, the idea behind the sequences he produces is to reveal changes that occur with time, as is the case here, where the titular deckchair is re-captured in the space of a few seconds.
Several years back, large-size blown-up prints of these photographs were displayed in The Corner Cafe at the intersection of Piękna, Krucza, and Mokotowska Streets in Warsaw (the cafe is closed now).
