Photographer, journalist, member of ZPAF, FIAP and SDRP. He has received numerous honorary titles from photographic organisations in several countries, including ARTISTE FIAP (1965) and EXCELLENCE FIAP (1972). Kamiński`s works have been shown at over 500 international exhibitions in 42 countries, at which he has won 86 1st prizes and medals. Author of ten individual shows, juror of national and international exhibitions, author of six books. Chairman of the Federation of Amateur Photographic Societies in Poland (1966-1972), head of the Photographic Society in Gdańsk and deputy chairman of ZPAF`s Gdańsk Branch Office. Curator and co-organiser of many important Polish and international photographic exhibitions. His works have been reproduced in a number of prestigious books and albums published in the USA, UK, Japan and other countries. Photographic expert of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. His photographs are in several Polish and foreign museum and private collections.

In 1960-1972, the work was shown at 24 international and Polish exhibitions, among others, in Buenos Aires, Hong Kong, Cremona, Valparaiso, Copenhagen, Rio de Janeiro, Ostrava, Kortrijk, Salerno, Jundiai, Bournemouth, Ružomberok, Niterói, Skopje and Warsaw.
