The Poliformia series is a key achievement in Zbigniew Łagocki`s work. The artistic manipulation used by the author produces a unique synthesis of the nude, with the body shown as an abstract form. As the artist himself said about his work, "photographing a nude requires discipline, both in terms of the symbolic meaning of the image and its formal structure...".
The works from the Poliformia series have been shown at a number of exhibitions and widely published, e.g. FOTO magazine 10/1972.
