I’ve been looking at a postcard which we found some time ago in The Old City of Jerusalem. There was burnt soil in it, a hill, and one stunted palm tree with the caption: 'Greetings from Hebron'. At some point, this picture rendered Charles de Gaulle Roundabout in Warsaw. Somewhere in the background, it radiated with toxic energy of ethnic conflict and my inability to cope with it, and that produced the vision - the Warsaw palm tree.' ART OF PUBLIC ABILITY.
