In the A-Z Educational Cabinets series, the author decided to reconstruct the Illustrated Dictionary of German and Polish Language, published in Leipzig in the 1950s. Each photograph is assigned a dictionary entry in Polish and German along with an index number. The entries are found "in the field", and their background is the chaotic rural landscape of modern Poland, in particular Upper Silesia.
Selected exhibitions of the project: Kronika Gallery, Bytom (2007); Polish Institute, Berlin (2008); Polish Institute, Düsseldorf (2009); Zachęta National Gallery of Art, Warsaw (2012), the Doubly Regained Territories exhibition.
